1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services, process transactions, and support users. Because we rely on Whop for billing, subscriptions, and access delivery (including TradingView invite-only script access), the majority of collection occurs through Whop.

Information collected directly by Fstarlabs may include:

• Email address (for account creation, communications, support, and access notifications).
• Username or display name (for identification in support or community interactions).
• Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting support (e.g., via email or forms).

We do not directly collect or store payment card details, billing addresses, or other financial information—Whop handles all payment processing securely.

Whop may collect additional information on our behalf (as described in Whop's Privacy Policy at https://whop.com/privacy), such as:

• Account registration details.
• Transaction confirmations.
• Certain profile information shared with us as the seller to enable service delivery.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, financial details beyond what's needed for transactions via Whop, or government identifiers) unless voluntarily provided in support contexts.

2. How We Collect Information

We use your information to:

• Directly from you: When you sign up via Whop, contact support@fstarlabs.com, or provide details in communications.
• Automatically: Limited technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device information) via website cookies or analytics (if enabled).
• Through Whop: When you purchase or subscribe, Whop shares necessary details with us (e.g., confirmation of purchase, username, email) to grant access to indicators or services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information solely for legitimate purposes, including:

• Providing and managing access to our services (e.g., granting TradingView script access, delivering indicators).
• Processing subscriptions and transactions (via Whop).
• Communicating with you about your account, updates, support requests, or service changes.
• Improving our offerings (e.g., aggregated usage insights, without identifying individuals).
• Complying with legal obligations or protecting our rights.

We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly consent.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We share personal information only as necessary:

• With Whop: As required for payment processing, membership management, and service delivery. Whop acts as a service provider and handles data per its own Privacy Policy.
• With third-party service providers: Limited to essential tools (e.g., email service providers for support communications), bound by confidentiality and used only for our purposes.
• With Microsoft: When Microsoft Clarity runs, Microsoft receives the data described in section 5. Microsoft is an independent controller of that data and can use it for its own purposes.
• For legal reasons: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• In business transfers: If we sell or merge assets, user data may transfer with appropriate protections.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Section 5 explains how some US state laws can treat the data that Microsoft receives through Clarity.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a few cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. One tool, Microsoft Clarity, is for analytics, and in many places it runs only if you agree. This section tells you what each one does, where we ask first, and how to change your choice.

Our own storage. We keep two small items in your browser. They stay in your browser and we do not receive them:

• fstarlabs:privacy (local storage): your privacy choice and the date you made it. We keep it for 6 months, then we ask again.
• fstarlabs:loc (session storage): the country of your connection, so that we show the notice that applies where you are. Your browser removes it when you close the tab.

To find your country, your browser asks Cloudflare, the network that serves this site, for the country of your IP address. We use the answer only to choose which notice to show. We do not store it on a server.

Microsoft Clarity. This site uses Microsoft Clarity to measure visits. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolls and mouse movement as session replays and heatmaps. We use them to make this site better. Clarity also records the pages you open and details about your device and browser, and it uses your IP address to estimate your location. Clarity masks what you type into fields.

Microsoft also gets this data and can use it for its own purposes, including ads. Microsoft is an independent controller of this data, not a service provider that acts only for us. Microsoft collects or receives personal data through Clarity, with first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, to provide and improve its products, including Microsoft Advertising. We set Clarity to deny advertising storage. Microsoft states that with this setting, Clarity does not share data with Microsoft Ads. Microsoft's own terms still apply to the data it receives.

Microsoft keeps session replays for 30 days. It keeps heatmaps, recordings that we mark as favourites, and a random sample of recordings for up to 9 months. Clarity stores data in Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft can process it in the United States and other countries.

Clarity cannot delete the data of one visitor. To delete your Clarity data, we must delete all of the Clarity data for this site. Contact us to ask for this.

The cookies and storage that Clarity uses:

• _clck (first-party cookie): your Clarity user ID and preferences for this site. About 1 year.
• _clsk (first-party cookie): joins your page views into one recording. 1 day.
• _cltk (session storage): an ID for the browser tab while Clarity records. Your browser removes it when you close the tab.
• CLID (third-party cookie, Microsoft): the first time Clarity saw your browser on any site that uses Clarity.
• MUID (third-party cookie, Microsoft): identifies browsers across Microsoft sites, for advertising, analytics and operations.
• ANONCHK, MR and SM (third-party cookies, Microsoft): support MUID. Microsoft states that for Clarity, ANONCHK is always 0.

Microsoft sets how long its third-party cookies last and does not publish those durations.

Where Clarity runs. What you see depends on where you connect from:

• The European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Andorra, Turkey, Brazil, China, Vietnam, Colombia, Peru and India: we ask first, and Clarity starts only if you accept. If we cannot tell where you are, we ask first too.
• Canada and Nigeria: Clarity does not run unless you turn it on in Cookie settings.
• The United States and Mexico: Clarity runs when you visit. You can turn it off in Cookie settings.
• Everywhere else: we show a short notice, and Clarity starts after the notice appears. You can turn it off from the notice or in Cookie settings.

Changing your choice. Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. If you turn Clarity off, we remove its cookies from this site and it stops recording. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Browser signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out, and Clarity does not run. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, and Clarity does not respond to them either.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws define a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information broadly, and they can apply to the data that Microsoft receives through Clarity. You can opt out of this at any time in Cookie settings, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.

Videos. Some guide pages show YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video loads, Google receives your IP address and details about your browser. When you play a video, YouTube can store data in your browser. Google's Privacy Policy applies:

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Contact us for any privacy-related concerns.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices or law. Updates will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may be notified via email or website notice.
